Delivery and Returns
Most of our items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery or via Royal MAil 48 hour tracked mail. We may use other suppliers depending on the weight of your order. All our items are sent Tracked or Signed for.
All of our items are made to order. Therefore, please allow between 7-10 working days for garment orders and 3-5 working days for other items. The delivery is on top of the processing time. For example, processing time 7-10 working days PLUS 2-3 working days for delivery.
Royal Mail aim to deliver within 48 hours. We can not guarantee Delivery times. Pieridae Gifts Ltd cannot be held liable for delays in delivery time periods of a third party.
If your item arrives and you did not take delivery of it, you must arrange re-delivery of your goods with the Post office direct. Failure to do so will result in the goods being sent back to us and the buyer will be responsible to pay for the items to be delivered again. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If your package arrives damaged in any way, please refuse to sign for it and give it back to the person delivering your item so that it can be returned back to us for inspection.
If your item has arrived damaged and you notice part of your order is missing due to damage/broken/open box, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer either a refund on the missing part of your order or a replacement. Images of the damaged box/item will need to be supplied in order for us to complete a claim from our end with the courier.
We send all International parcels using Royal Mail International Signed for or DHL. We can not be held liable for delays in delivery time periods or custom holds. If your package arrives damaged in any way, please inform us within 24 hours.
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be held liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
As all my items are made to order, this includes the sizes you choose for your order to be made (i.e t shirts, jumpers etc), we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is found to be faulty where we will offer either a refund or replacement at our discretion. Please ensure the personalised information you provide us is correct and that you are ordering the correct product and size.
Should the item is found to be faulty, I may request for the item to be sent back at our cost. Any authorised returns must be sent back to us within 7 working days of receiving the item using a tracked/signed for service via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. Any different courier that will cost more than Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for will not be covered by us. The products are the customers responsibility until its arrived safely to us. Refunds, replacements will not be issued until we have received the faulty goods back. Please retain your receipt as your proof of postage, you may need this to claim back from Royal Mail should the items are lost/delayed in the post.
ITEMS RETURNED BACK TO US:
If your order is returned back to us for any of the reasons listed (this list is not exhausted), we will NOT issue you a refund and you will be liable to re pay postage to have your item sent back to you:-
'incorrect address', 'address partially missing', 'recipient did not claim', 'recipient refused parcel', 'recipient no longer at the address' - refund will not be processed.
If your order is a non personalised item which we are able to re sell and your order was sent back to us by the courier for any of the reasons above, we may accept to refund you the product cost only minus postage fee's. This is at our discretion.
