Delivery and Returns

Most of our items are sent using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. We may use other suppliers depending on the weight of your order. All our items are sent Tracked or Signed for. Post and Packaging costs between £1.85 - £25.00 depending on the weight of your order. International Signed for post starts from £10.50.

All our items are made to order by hand. Therefore, please allow between 7-10 working days for us to process your order. The delivery is on top of the processing time. For example, processing time 7-10 working days PLUS 2-3 working days for delivery. 

Royal Mail aims to deliver within 48 hours. We can not guarantee Delivery times. Pieridae gifts cannot be held liable for delays in delivery time periods or condition to which could be the fault of a third party. Therefore, if your package arrives damaged in any way, please refuse to sign for it and give it back to the Postman/Lady so that it can be returned back to us for inspection.

If your item arrives and you did not take delivery of it, you must arrange re-delivery of your goods with the Post office direct. Failure to do so will result in the goods being sent back to us and the buyer will be responsible to pay for the items to be delivered again. Postage costs will not be refunded.

If your item has arrived damaged and you notice part of your order is missing due to damage/broken/open box, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery to offer either a refund on the missing part of your order or a replacement. Images of the damaged box/item will need to be supplied in order for us to complete a claim from our end with the courier.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We send all International parcels using Royal Mail International Signed for. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 10-14 working days. We can not guarantee Delivery times. Pieridae gifts cannot be held liable for delays in delivery time periods or condition to which could be the fault of a third party. Therefore, if your package arrives damaged in any way, please inform us within 24 hours.

IMPORT DUTY

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:

As all my items are made to order, this includes the sizes you choose for your order to be made (i.e t shirts), we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is found to be faulty where we will offer either a refund or replacement at our discretion. Please ensure you are ordering the correct product, size and personalised information you provide us are correct.

Should the item is found to be faulty, I may request for the item to be sent back to me (at our cost). Any authorised returns must be sent back to us using tracked/signed for service via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. The products are the customers responsibility until its arrived safely to us. Refunds, replacements will not be issued until we have received the faulty goods back or proof of postage showing the returns address on your receipt has been sent to me. Please retain your receipt as your proof of postage, you may need this to claim back from Royal Mail should the items are lost/delayed in the post.
