Refund policy

REFUNDS/RETURNS:

As all my items are made to order, this includes the sizes you choose for your order to be made (i.e tshirts), we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is found to be faulty where we will offer either a refund or replacement at our discretion. Please ensure you are ordering the correct product, size and personalised information you provide us are correct. If you are unsure of any notes you have left with your order for personalisation, please contact us straight after you have placed your order. We may be able to rectify any problems before making your products.

If we agree for a an exchange or refund on any of our items, your order must be sent back to us in its original packaging and in an unused, re saleable condition within 7 working days from receiving your item. Postage costs will not be covered. If we have agreed for a refund, only the cost of the product will be refunded. If the products are found to have been used (for example a garment has been washed or worn and has a scent on them), your order will be sent back to you and no refunds will be due.

Should the item is found to be faulty, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order. I may request for the item to be sent back to us (at our cost). Any authorised returns must be sent back to us using tracked/signed for service via Royal Mail 2nd Class tracked delivery within 7 working days from receiving your order. The products are the customers responsibility until its arrived safely to us. Refunds, replacements will not be issued until we have received the faulty goods back or proof of postage showing the returns address on your receipt has been sent to us. Please retain your receipt as your proof of postage, you may need this to claim back from Royal Mail should the items are lost/delayed in the post.
