Shipping policy

IMPORTANT: All of our items are made to order and personalised by hand. Shipping time is on top of your processing time. All of our items are sent using Royal Mail 2nd class delivery unless you have upgraded your shipping (additional charges apply). Please be aware that processing times still apply! By upgrading your shipping, it means you will receive your order a lot sooner than 2nd class delivery. We can not be held responsible for any delays with third party delivery companies. Refunds will NOT be issued if you have paid for a delivery service and your order did not arrive within that time scale. This is out of our control.

IMPORT DUTY

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
