Hello and a warm welcome to Pieridae Gifts. I am Dee, and I'm the owner of Pieridae Gifts Ltd. I am also a mummy to my beautiful daughter Leyla, our giant Bulldog Pedro and our very fury cat Nemo. We live in Essex.
Pieridae Gifts started back in 2013 when I made my now ex husband a Father's Day cushion. I advertised to my friends and family on Facebook. My business has been growing each day ever since. I am always on the look out for new products and ideas. All of my products are made using the best machines to ensure longevity. With the techniques I have acquired, I am confident to be able to deliver my customers excellent gifts.
I do occasionally have temporary part time staff to help me during peak seasons. But I am solely the person behind the computer replying to your emails, phone calls, social media enquiries, reviews, feedback, the making of your products, updating the website and the not so professional photography!
All items you see on my website are made to order and hand printed/made to your exact needs using the best industrial machines and equipment I have carefully sourced. I also offer a custom made service, where I am able to make items to your exact design/text. Just ask!
I try to work as quickly as I possibly can to get your orders out to you but quality over quantity matters to me which is why I have a turnaround time. The processing time to allows for any unexpected delays. More often then not, I am able to get your items made and posted within 1-2 working days. I will email you with your tracking details when it's ready to go. Please check your junk mail as sometimes these can end up in there.
I hope you like my items as much as I enjoy making them. I absolutely love what I do! I love receiving pictures and reviews from my customers. Your feedback is very important to me and goes a long way to keep my small business running.
You can shop with me with confidence. My company is insured and it is a registered Company with Companies House. I am all over social media and also run my shop through Etsy. You are able to read all my latest reviews from my customers through all platforms. Customer Service is very important to me. My goal is to ensure you are not only happy with your gifts but as are your recipients.
